REASONS WHY TEACHING PROFESSIONALS IS LOSING RESPECT EACH PASSING DAY.

Most of new trained teachers being  churned out by Universities into the fields have become a shame to this  noble profesion. You look at the elder teachers who taught us and some of us, you see a clear distinction.  Take a look for example:

1. This is a young man/lady who never attended classes while in campus. Was roaming from one club to another, twerking(ladies) from one dance hall to another, warming beds from one house to another. Drinking and chasing women up and about (men). Where is the content? And you tell me, this kind should be an integral member of the G n C. How???? With such decayed morals?

2. There is no day this  character ever did an exam on his/her on. She copied virtually everything including how to correctly write his/her three worded name. How does this one get the audacity to plant the spirit of hard work in a student ?

3. When they get into the field, you see them walk around with sagged, rugged and piped trousers, sexually appetizing dresses, ear/head phones everywhere with kinky hair styles. How do you implant respect and professionalism among your students ?

4. They can't even sit down, read and analyze a setbook. They have all text books around but keep asking answers to very silly questions. You hear them shouting around for notes mara guides. Give them a paper to make a marking scheme, the last student in her/his class would score higher than hom/her.

5. They don't even have a clue on how a complete standard  paper looks like. Reason, they copy paste papers or literally ask from others.

6.You see them with laptops (theirs or asked from some who use such items to seduce those cheap village heroines) watching movies, missing lessons, laughing  like mad people around oblivious of even elderly colleagues who deserve respect and serenity.

7.  Worst of all, some of them can't be reprimanded by heads of departments, D.O.Ss or heads of those institutions. Reason, some  of them are "meat mongers" to some of those perverts.

8. Since they had nowhere to go and chose teaching as their last resort, all they discuss is salary. On 20th of every month they are all over asking which banks have "behaved." To them, students do not just exist.

If such trends are allowed to thrive, CBC will be a stillbirth .
